Bangkok is served mainly by Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK). The airport shown on your ticket determines the correct transport plan—never assume the two are interchangeable.
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
BKK handles a large share of Bangkok’s international traffic. It is a large terminal complex with several onward transport choices. Allow enough time for immigration, baggage and the walk to the confirmed meeting point.
Don Mueang Airport (DMK)
DMK is widely used by regional and low-cost carriers and has separate domestic and international flows. Check the terminal information on the day of travel and follow the meeting instructions attached to your booking.
Public transport, taxi or private chauffeur?
Rail and public transport can be efficient when luggage is light and the final destination is close to a convenient connection. Metered or app-based taxis can suit straightforward journeys, while queues, vehicle size and pickup-zone rules vary.
A private chauffeur is most useful when a named meeting, luggage assistance, a suitable vehicle and an accountable operations contact matter.
